They are CONNECT, BE ACTIVE, TAKE NOTICE, KEEP LEARNING and GIVE.
These are small ordinary things that we often take for granted but that can have a big effect on your health and well-being. To help you, staff and students have come up with some tips on how to build some of these small suggestions into your everyday lives and some links to resources here in Trinity.
